Executive Assistant / Office Manager

About the Role
Our strategy is to build strong core capabilities and technologies over the next three years while expanding aggressively into targeted international markets.
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager role has been created to support the CEO in driving this strategy forward. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and coordination for the leadership team and Executive Directors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple calendars, ensuring that day-to-day priorities and changes are handled effectively
- Coordinate client meetings and internal leadership schedules
- Manage minor projects, undertake research, and prepare ad hoc reports as required
- Collate information and data to assist with reporting
- Distribute, track, file, and ensure the security of complex documentation and sensitive data

About the Role

The Head of Product and Operations role has been created to help drive this strategy. This role will be accountable for product, operations, and technical development. It is a critical leadership position that comes with significant responsibility.
You will be responsible for building the operational “engine” needed to achieve our ambitious vision for the business. This includes supporting existing clients, growing current business relationships, and helping acquire new customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Head of Product and Operations will deliver excellence through strategic leadership and operational management, continuously improving the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage teams while driving a culture of accountability
- Make key decisions, remove roadblocks, and resolve operational challenges
- Drive Strategic Accounts and Partner Plans for key partners
- Manage major projects, special initiatives, and business improvement programs
- Provide strategic guidance on customer challenges and operational issues

About the Role

The Operations Support Manager role has been created to help drive this strategy. This role will be responsible for providing support to our customers and internal teams, assisting in product development testing, and delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
You will act as a bridge between the management team and developers while supporting existing clients, growing business relationships, and helping acquire new customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Operations Support Manager will focus on improving the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide telephone and email support for existing customers
- Drive Strategic Accounts and Partner Plans for key partners
- Assist with special projects and business improvement initiatives
- Support product testing and customer training
- Provide guidance and strategic support for customer issues or challenges
